Enjoy lazy days round its 25x20ft heated pool or hectic days at the Orlando attractions close by. Be on the beach in less than 60mins (Cocoa), so it is practical to fit a half-day enjoying the warm Gulf Stream waters of the Atlantic into a busy vacation.

ACCOMMODATION: Cathedral ceilings make the 1400sq ft of aircon open-plan living accommodation light and spacious and this is complemented by light Floridian-style furnishing. The living area and the master suite both enjoy direct access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has a double(Queen) bed, TV, direct access to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and share a bathroom. Bedroom 2 can be converted into a King double using a "create-a-king" device to link the twin beds, if required. A sofa bed in the lounge allows the the villa to sleep up to 8 people.
FACILITIES: satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD, PC(with internet/email), house safe, free local tel calls, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities(washer + drier, iron + board), linen, towels, baby cot/chair (on request).
--POOL-- 25x20ft kidney-shaped, private and secluded pool, pool furniture/loungers etc. The rear garden is entirely fenced for your privacy. Solar heating(free) for year-round comfort. In case of very cool winter weather, additional pool heat (heat pump) is available at $110/week (can be paid locally on request).
