Full Description: Our luxury, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned vacation home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
The high quality furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home and the living room and master bedrooms have cable TV. 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture.
Our home sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, flat screen cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet.
The second bedroom also has flat screen cable tv, en suite facilities with queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with large closets.
Child safety features: Highgate Park is the only Gated Community on the Villages of Legacy and employs a Private Security company not only to help give you peace of mind during your stay, but also to act as a concierge to help assist guests.
Located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 12 minutes drive to Disney World.
Within a 5 minute drive you will find a Publix, a Walmart and just a little further, Winn- Dixie. There are also many restaurants within a short drive, including Applebees, Santa Fe Steakhouse, Bamboo Wok and many other cafe's and bars.
The renowned Manny's Chophouse which is absolutely unmissable, is around a 20 minute drive.
No stairs so ideal for toddlers or elderly people.
All external doors have an alarm which 'Beeps' when the door is opened. The pool has a fully retractable safety screen.The games room has a fantastic 8 foot pool table, a air hockey table, dart board and tennis racquets & balls for use on the on site tennis courts.
Spend quality family time in the game room after days out at the parks.

The fantastic Games Room has 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey table, Darts Board, Tennis and Badminton rackets for use on the on site Tennis court.
There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.
Many top Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive
Shopping and Restaurants are in abundance, and the new Posner Mall, just down the road, rivals all other malls in the area.
