Full Description: 4 bed. 3 bath. villa in a quiet street 15 to 20 minutes from Walt Disney World.
The house is an air-conditioned 4 bedroom and 3 bath vacation home sleeping up to 10 with a covered south facing private 30' x 15' swimming pool - not just a paddling pool - you can have a proper swim! Make sure you spend some of your vacation time just relaxing around the pool in the sunshine!
The house is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, and all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils. There is cable TV in the lounge. master and queen bedrooms. We have a Sony PS2, and free wireles broadband internet (computer not supplied).
The master bedroom, which opens on to the pool deck, has a large ensuite; the queen bedroom is attached to an ensuite shower room opening on to the pool deck; there is a third bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4.
The garage has a pool table and darts board.
The house is near supermarkets and shops on route 27 including a new 24 Hours Wal Mart Super Center (~12 mins) and Publix Supermarket (~7 mins) Excellent restaurants are just a short drive away - we recommend Applebees near Publix (~7 mins).
The location is ideal for visiting all the major attractions including Disney Theme Parks, Orlando main attractions, Florida beaches and plenty of beautiful Golf Courses nearby including the new Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman.
