Chatham Park is 4 miles east of Disney World and just south of Highway 192 and Lake Cecile. A well established, quiet residential neighborhood, with fine upper middle income homes. It is built near the corner of Poinciana Blvd. and Siesta Lago Drive. Designed with an appreciation for park land and shared amenities for all the neighbors. An excellent children's park and tennis courts are located in the centre of the community a short walk away. At night, the single entrance has a night time security guard who makes sure only residents are allowed in the neighborhood. World class restaurants and shopping are just minutes from your front door.
