Your family will enjoy our tennis and shuffleboard courts. Historic St. Augustine is only minutes away where you can explore Fort Matanzas, The Fountain of Youth, and many other historic attractions. Children will enjoy nearby Marineland and The St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Zoological Park.
Each unit is individually owned and furnished with everything you'll need to make your stay a more memorable one. No more confining hotels or Laundromats. Your condominium is centrally air conditioned and heated.
Fully furnished with a King or Queen bed in the Master Bedroom and Twin beds in the Guest Room. There is a full size Washer and Dryer, Telephone, Cable TV, Linens, and a Kitchen with a Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes, and Cookware.
All rentals are subject to a Cleaning Fee of:

There is a 6% State Sales Tax and a 3% Local Tax on the rental rates and 6% State Sales Tax on the cleaning fees.
Full Security Deposit of $220.00 plus a $30.00 non-refundable Processing Fee must be forwarded to the Four Winds Office within ten (10) days of making the reservation. If payment of the Security Deposit and Processing Fee is not postmarked within 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
Single week or single month renters are required to provide a credit card number or send check or money order for the full rental amount to the Four Winds Office within thirty (30) days of check-in. Note: Multiple week rentals require a one (1) week deposit to secure the reservation; multiple month rentals require a one (1) month deposit to secure the reservation.
Security Deposit ($220.00) will be refunded in thirty (30) days following departure, less any portion used to cover the cost of damages or fees incurred by the renter during their stay at the Four Winds.
Cancellation Policy: When a reservation is cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the unit for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental the advance reservation payment shall be forfeited.
Renter's age must be twenty-five years (25) or older and the number of occupants in the rental unit must be in accordance with the unit's capacity.

There is a 3-Night Minimum Stay. Minimum rentals of three (3) or more days are permitted and can only be reserved seven (7) days prior to date of arrival during June, July, and August. During April, May, September, October, November, and December three (3) minimal stays will be used for specialty packages and may be booked within 60 days of arrival. Holiday weeks are excluded.
Additional days will be charged at the daily rate, based upon availability.
Long-term rentals (at least 6 months and 1 day or longer) are available on request.
