With 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2.5 or 3.5 bathrooms, our fully air-conditioned, stylish and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests. We are situated in a gated resort community that is just 3 miles (5 minute) drive from Disney’s Maingate and some 15 minutes from Sea World. We are also close to many golf courses, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Our spacious living room has 2x3 seated and 1x2 seated sofa with Cable TV, DVD, Video and surround sound.

There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate 6 guests.
Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, cookware and much more. There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer in the utility area. Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private En-suite with Cable TV and Free WiFi.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds.
Ground Floor: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private En-suite with cable TV and Free WiFi. (This room is optional as it can be locked off).
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a family bathroom; there is also a water closet on the ground floor adjacent to the utility area.

Our townhouse has a small-screened patio off the Living Room and a small-screened deck off the Master Bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and tables and they overlook our beautiful and quiet community pool and spar.
