Full Description: Karens Florida Dream is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open-plan family room overlooking the pool area. Everything is provided for you, just bring your clothes and toiletries and get ready to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime!
Karens Florida Dream is in an ideal location with the best of both worlds. If you want to visit all of the theme parks, they are just 7 miles away. If you prefer to relax in peaceful surroundings then you have found the ideal home. The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates is where Karens Florida Dream is situated and it is a lovely, peaceful community just off Highway 27.
WE NOW ALSO HAVE A GAMES ROOM WITH POOL/AIRHOCKEY, FOOSBALL, ELECTRONIC DARTBOARD AND BASKETBALL MACHINE. WE ALSO HAVE A PC WITH HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS AND AN X-BOX WITH A SELECTION OF GAMES. FOR OUR YOUNGER GUESTS WE NOW HAVE A CRIB/COT AND HIGH CHAIR
Family Room
Our comfortable and spacious family room with high vaulted ceiling & ceiling fan is a very relaxing space which has 3 sofas occasional tables and lamps. Ample space for everybody to sit and chat after a busy day at the theme parks or a lazy day enjoying the Florida sunshine around the pool.
For your pleasure we provide 4 tvs, 2 dvd players, a vcr & stereo cd system for your use with a selection of cds, dvds and videos as well as books and board games. Plenty to keep everybody happy.
Pool
Our pool area is fully screened and has table and chairs and sun loungers, just relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine or take a cooling dip. The door leading to the pool area is alarmed for your safety.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need whether you are preparing a quick snack or cooking a full meal. It has full size oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-cube maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, electric kettle, juicer & plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans & glassware. We also provide picnic ware for safe use in the pool area.
Dining Areas
The breakfast nook with table and chairs adjoins the kitchen to one side and is ideal for more relaxed meals or maybe you want to make the most of the Florida sunshine and dine al fresco by our beautiful pool. The formal dining room adjoins the kitchen at the other side.
Laundry Facilities
We have a separate laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, so no need to return home with all that dirty washing.
Downstairs Bedrooms
The Master suite is on the ground floor, overlooks the pool area and also has cable tv/dvd with over 90 channels. For very hot nights there is a ceiling fan, which supplements the air con. We provide an alarm clock so that you can be sure to get to the theme parks bright and early. The master suite also has a dresser with large mirror and bedside units. There is also a large walk-in closet/wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.
The master bathroom has large garden tub, separate shower cubicle, his and hers vanity sinks with concealed mirror cupboards & hairdryer, curling tongues and hair straighteners.
Also on the ground floor to the front of the house is a twin bedroom. In here you will find our PC with HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS. You can keep in touch with family and friends and check your emails. This is also where you will find the X-Box with a selection of games to suit all ages. The bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, curling irons and straighteners is just opposite this room.
First Floor
African Queen Bedroom
Overlooking the pool area is a double bedroom with queen bed, decorated in an African theme. For your comfort on very hot nights this room also has a ceiling fan. We have provided a tv for you with over 90 cable channels. There is also a large dressing table with mirror, which, as well as the large closet provides plenty of drawer and hanging space.
THE GOLD BEDROOM
At the front of the house this room has been tastefully decorated and has a full size bed. In this room you will find a large mirrored dresser with drawers and two bedside units also with drawers. As well as this there is a large walk in closet/wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The two rollaway beds are stored here along with linens to suit and these can be placed wherever is suitable for your party size.
Upstairs Twin Bedroom
This twin room is ideal for children. In here you will find a library of childrens books suitable for a wide range of ages. There is also a large bucket of Lego bricks suitable for younger children and a selection of board games.
Family Bathroom
The upstairs bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.
