We are booking up quickly for 2012. If you must have a large ranch
home for your Disney vacation please make a reservation as soon as
possible.
Our home is a modern fully air conditioned, non-smoking, 6 bedroom,
5 bathroom ranch home , located in a cul-de-sac in the
exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. The house is
approximately 3300 square feet including the game room. The extra
large lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy.
There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and two master
bedrooms with queen-size beds. The king-size master bedrooms and the
queen-size master bedrooms each have its own bathroom. The king-size
bathrooms have an oversized soaking tub and a large walk-in stall
shower. The queen-size bathrooms have a tub with a shower. In
addition, there are two twin-size bedrooms. These two bedrooms share
a bathroom with a tub and shower. For your comfort, all the beds
have upgraded mattresses. All the bedrooms have clock radios and
televisions. The large family room has a sofa sleeper. All the
bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice
maker, cooking utensils, and breakfast nook. There is also a
separate dining room. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for
your convenience. All linens and towels are also provided.
The air conditioned game room has a pool table, a foosball table, an
assortment of board games, books, puzzles, Legos and electronic
darts.
There is also a Play Station 2 in the family room with games. There
are 3 DVD players with a nice selection of DVD movies, and a VCR for
your viewing enjoyment.
For the babies, there is a pack 'n play crib, a high chair and two
strollers free of charge.

The 15 foot by 30 foot pool and spa have an oversized deck with a
covered lanai, lots of lounge chairs, and two tables. There is a
child safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fully
screened. Pool heat is optional at $35 per day.
The house is located less than three miles to Disney, and there are
many attractions, shopping, and restaurants close by. The Emerald
Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are
available to our guests.
The 4000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volleyball,basketball, and
tennis courts, a sauna, computer access to the Internet, a
heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play
area, and Tiki Hut. The clubhouse is very near a trail for walking,
jogging or biking, which winds through the community's natural
woodland setting.
Stays less than 7 nights: $125 cleaning fee.
Pool heat: $35/day.
Deposit Amount: $250.00, balance due 30 days before arrival
$500.00 security deposit due 30 day before arrival (refundable after inspection) You may buy damage insurance for $39 instead of the security deposit.
