Full Description: Our stunning 4 bed / 2.5 bath villa is located in the peaceful subdivision of Lindfields just off Hwy 192 and only a stone's throw from Disney and all the main attractions. Our villa is located on a large plot with a lovely south-facing screened 30’ x 15’ pool, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day as well as the most beautiful sunsets. You are completely secluded from our neighbours, and not overlooked at all while you relax by the pool. To the rear of our villa are views of the lake and acres of conservation woodland beyond. This really is a lovely tranquil spot and yet only 4 miles from Disney, and just minutes away from dozens of restaurants and shops, our Lindfields villa is ideally located to offer you the best of both worlds – proximity to all the attractions, yet the peace and space to allow you to relax and unwind. If you are interested in golf, there are several championship golf courses just a short drive away.
Our spacious home is bright and airy and the layout and design will give you the ultimate holiday experience whether you are a group of adults only or with children, because our 2-storey villa will afford you the privacy and space you need when you are travelling in a group. We have two living rooms, as well as two dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would find in your own home including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, plenty of crockery as well as pots and pans. Useful if you want to pop home for a snack and rest during your visits to the theme parks. A gas BBQ is also at your disposal.
Our villa offers a lovely master bedroom downstairs with a huge ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom and two further twin rooms alongside the family bathroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum occupancy of ten. There is a downstairs cloakroom for your convenience.
For your relaxation we have ample furniture including table and chairs on the pool deck - perfect for you to spend sunny days and tropically warm evenings around the pool. Our home also offers cable TV's, music centre, and CD/DVD player.
For the safety and comfort of our younger guests we provide all of the following free of charge: pool door alarms, pool toys, crib, highchair and a baby monitor.
