Full Description: LARGE VILLA, SLEEPS 14, POOL/SPA, BACKS LAKE, GAMES ROOM AND INTERNET ACCESS. Our home is fully licensed and insured; it is a single storey villa on a large lot in a quiet cul-de-sac. It backs onto a large natural lake that provides a beautiful view and it takes advantage of the sun until late in the day with extended decking around the pool area. The villa is air-conditioned and has six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, large pool and spa with extended decking, games room with pool/snooker table, foosball, ping-pong, a fitness machine and we have supplied a computer with Internet access and new this year a 52” TV in the lounge.If you have small children it is worth remembering that as our villa is all on one level there is no danger of children falling down stairs. The other main advantage of a single level villa is that the deck area around the pool gets more sun than a two-storey house as the shadow cast is much less. The sun is on our deck from about 9.30 am until sunset.
