Full Description: Our spacious villa (the living area cover 2350 sq. feet in addition to the outdoor pool and deck area ) is fully air conditioned, has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment and faces in a south westerly direction which means that the pool and deck area has sunshine from mid morning until sun set. For indoor enjoyment our villa boasts a games room with pool, air hockey and table tennis tables. Whether it’s golf, theme parks, shopping, sight seeing or just relaxing which you are looking for, our spacious villa will provide a base to make your stay in Orlando a holiday of a lifetime.
FORMAL LIVING / DINING ROOM. Upon entering the villa you will see the spacious formal living room which is furnished to a high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The seating area comprises 3 sofas one of which is a fully sprung sofa bed, should you require additional sleeping facilities. There is a portable CD/Radio/Cassette with some CDs for your enjoyment Why not catch the local radio stations to find out what is happening in your area or sit and relax listening to our favourite CD. This truly is a quiet room away from the hustle and bustle of the family room. There is a separate dining area to the side of the formal living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive.
KITCHEN. Through to the kitchen which is open plan with ample cooking space. It contains a separate breakfast nook with a high table and four chairs and a breakfast bar with two stools. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. These include a large fridge/freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The double sink also incorporates a waste disposal Also included are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. Ample storage space for all your needs. This is truly home from home. There is variety of plastic tableware etc for use around the pool area.
GAMES ROOM. Another one of the villa's features is our in-house games room, so after a splash in the pool or a day out at Disney, you and your family can join in some family fun playing pool, table tennis or air hockey. All equipment is provided.
FAMILY ROOM. The large family room looks out onto the pool area and features a 40 inch Flat Screen LCD digital HD-TV with cable access to over 200 channels, a DVD player and a CD/Radio with MP3 player connection. There are two sofas, an armchair, two side tables with lamps, a coffee table and a ceiling fan and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family to enjoy. The full size cabinet contains a selection of DVD’s and board games for your entertainment. On its own computer table located near the breakfast bar is the high speed wireless internet access should you wish to bring your own lap top. There is also a wired connection should you need it. The telephone is also situated on the table where you can phone for FREE within the USA. You can also buy a phone card to call the UK and use it on the villa phone.
POOL/DECK. The villa benefits from a 24ftx13ft screened pool with 2 sun loungers, a patio table and 4 chairs. Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our private pool. One of the most appealing features of our pool area is the south west facing view it has. So no matter what time of year you choose to stay with us you can be guaranteed some of the best sunsets you will see in your life! In addition the sun will shine on our pool and patio all day long from mid morning till sunset. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. There is also a pool safety fence.
MASTER BEDROOM 1. The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a high queen sized bed with twin night stands, dressing table with ample drawer space, telephone, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels, a large double wardrobe with safe, and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom comprises of his and hers sinks, a WC, a separate bath and walk in shower.
MASTER BEDROOM 2. The second Master Bedroom is situated to the side of the villa. It features a full sized bed with twin night stands and dressing table with ample drawer space and a large double wardrobe. The bathroom although not en suite is only a few steps away comprises single sink, WC, and walk in shower.
TWIN ROOMS 1& 2.Twin room 1 is situated off a separate corridor at the back of the villa overlooking the pool area. It features twin beds, a night stand, chest of drawers with ample drawer space and a large double wardrobe. It is decorated in a simple Winnie the Pooh style to help settle in our smaller guests.
Twin room 2 is located off the corridor opposite twin room 1. It features twin beds, a night stand and dressing table with amply drawer space and a large double wardrobe.
Twin 1 and 2 share a bathroom that is situated between the two rooms is comprises a single sink, WC, bath with over the bath shower.
YOUNGER ONES. We also cater for our younger guests thre is a portable crib with bedding and a highchair for your convenience.
UTILITY ROOM. For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience.
This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing and NO bulky towels needed as these are provided so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all your bargains bought from the many shopping malls.
Please note there are separate towels provided for the pool area.
Conveniently located near to our luxurious villa are restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk at Berry Town Center, including a Publix supermarket, Chinese Food, Italian Food Indian Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine and American Style Casual dining. Within a short drive is Champions Gate with many more restaurants and only a few minutes further onto the 192 is all the shopping, dining and entertaining the Disney area of Orlando can offer!
Our villa is managed by an excellent and friendly on site management team. Other equipment available is highchair, cot and bedding.
Our villa sits on Highlands Reserve which contains its own 18 hole golf course. But this is not your typical Orlando, Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.
