The villa offers over 1800 square ft of fully air conditioned, flexible living space. It has 4 large bedrooms including a poolside master suite, A 'Scooby Doo' room and an 'Incredibles' room. The villa also has a spacious sitting area and 2 dining areas.
The upgraded pool overlooks a lake and is fully screened to keep any insects out but still allow the sun in. All kinds of wildlife can be seen from the pool deck and the wildlife books in the villa are in constant use!
