Full Description: Lake Palms Villa is a Wonderful Lake Front 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Pool home at The Palms, Lake Davenport, a lovely community that's really close to all the area's main attractions. Disney World is only a 6 mile very easy drive and with easy access to Interstate 4 this is a perfect location for your Orlando vacation home.
We have a very Private screened pool on a Lovely Lake Front spot so there are no other properties in front plus there are screened panels to each side which provide our guests with additional privacy.
It is a beautifully furnished and excellently maintained vacation home and I make sure that I provide all the amenities and facilities so that your stay will be a really special and memorable experience.

Lake Palms is a very popular, spacious, and beautifully furnished home and between ourselves and our wonderful management company it is maintained to a very high standard and they are also on hand to look after you during your stay.
Lake Palms is a very comfortable home with a Formal Lounge with Dining area, Family Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Area, separate Laundry Room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is a King Master en-suite bedroom, a Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms all with very comfortable beds, roomy closets, Cable TV, clock radios and ceiling fans for your extra comfort.
There are TVs in all Bedrooms and the Family room, DVD and CD players with a selection of movies and music, a PS2 console with games and an intercom system with piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.
The Games Room has an 8ft Slate bed pool table, Foosball and Electronic darts.
A Laptop computer with Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided......or you can bring your own!
We provide Complimentary National and International phone calls, Baby Equipment and a Gas BBQ Grill.
Our home has Controllable air conditioning, a monitored alarm system and it is fully licensed for vacation rentals.
Our home is in a very convenient location situated less than a mile from the main Highway 192 with all it's shops and restaurants and it's only a 5-10 minute drive from numerous golf courses.
Communal facilities include tennis & basketball courts, a community pool and childrens' play area.
The Palms community is within a mile from 2 Publix supermarkets, a 24 Hour Super Walmart and great restaurants such as Applebees and Chili's. The new shopping center at Posner Park has lots of shops and restaurants is also just a short drive away.
