Full Description: Highgrove Estate is one of the most popular premier estates in the Disney Area and is situated on the junction of 192 west and highway 27.
The neighbourhood is friendly with a wonderful laid back feel, added to which is well lit at night and is regarded as a safe area to stay with the added protection of being security gated. The estate offers a wonderful Club House and offers a very large open air swimming pool for added convenience. If your children do decide they are bored the club also offers weekly events to all, maybe in the way of face painting/art & crafts etc.As mentioned high grove is situated very close to all Disney attractions, which are no more than 10 minutes drive away. Sea World and Universal are a little further adding an extra 10 minutes drive.
Highgrove estate is a well catered for all holiday makers, offering you an array of shops and restaurants alike. Shop at Wal-Mart or maybe you will enjoy a meal and drink at the newly constructed Cagan Crossings Mediterranean village with its array of Bars/Restaurants/shops, within walking distance of Highgrove (approx 5 min’s).
During the day if you feel like playing or enjoy golfing you may wish to play a game of golf on one of the many professional golf courses which are located near by. Some to try are the Championship gate and highlands reserve or the polo executive Park. All these offer Pay and play facility.
Our beautiful spacious, relaxing and comfortable air conditioned Lounge accommodates all your needs with a 34 inch TV Dolby Pro Logic, (42 inch Plasma due for summer 2008), plus separate DVD player 5.1 Dolby Pro Logic Surround sound System for better viewing and free use of family DVD’s. Living Room Lounge leads out directly onto the privately screened Heated Swimming Pool and separate spa.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. All appliances are brand named including a large American fridge freezer with ice maker and water filter. Full size dishwasher/oven and hob with over head microwave including coffee maker/kettle/crockery and kitchen utensils etc…...downstairs utility room with washing machine and dryer..... There is separate dining area to enjoy family gatherings.
The Master bedroom is offered with a queen sized bed, complete with nightstands and large mirror dresser plus
a 19 Inch TV for your enjoyment. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space for all your clothes. The
En-suite bathroom has a “his & hers double sink”, with large mirror and lights above/Jacuzzi bath and a double (power)
Shower and separate toilet facility.
Guest room is also offered with a Queen sized bed and night stands/large mirror dresser and 15 inch TV. Double
Wardrobes can be found for all your clothing. There is direct access to the en-suite master bathroom, which also includes all the same facilities as the Master en-suite.
3rd Bedroom (Movie Room) comes with 2 twin beds/nightstands, including mirror dresser/double wardrobes
and a separate computer desk with a 19 inch TV and Play station 2 console attached with 5 games.
Mickey Room, 4th bedroom comes with 2 twin beds/nighstand and large mickey. room has been themed on mickey, great room for smaller children....
The pool area has a large decking area, which is block paved to keep the mediterranean feel of the property, with its own swimming pool and separate jacazzi spa, (large enouth for 4 adults) pool and spa can be heated at an extra cost. There are 2 sun loungers, table and chairs with luxury padding, a haven you truely deserve after a tiring day at the theme parks.
The garage which has been converted to a games room consists of electronic basketball sling shot/fooseball/electronic air hockey/electronic darts, new for summer 2008 (pool table).
