Full Description: The Magical Villa is a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury home situated in one of the most tranquil idyllic areas of Orlando.
Our home is situated in Kissimmee on the US192 set back from the road down a sweeping entrance lined with palm trees. Magic Landings is a gated community situated in a conservation area of mature woods and a picturesque natural lake. Our home backs directly onto the lake and woods and is in a perfect position to see the abundant and varied wild life or to have a go at fishing. Its the perfect peaceful setting after a long day in the parks - relaxing in the spa as the sun goes down watching the wildlife.
The villa is well positioned for access to all the theme parks (Disney 15 mins), and golf courses (there are 5 within a 5 minute drive). Shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away, and there are a wide variety of restaurants and fast food outlets within easy reach. Orlando Airport is just a 20 minute drive away.
Magical Villa offers spacious (2408 sq. feet) fully air conditioned accommodation. There are televisions with satellite programming in all 4 bedrooms as well as in the lounge, where there is also a DVD player, with a selection of DVD's.
There is a well equipped games room.
The villa has Wifi Internet access - all you need is a lap top to stay in touch. All local calls are free from the telephone.
The heated 33' pool and spa enjoy sunshine all day - perfect to relax after a busy day in the theme parks or playing golf. The large extended deck is perfect for soaking up the sun in privacy on comfortable sunloungers, looking over the lake. The lanai is shaded and a cool place to eat in the evening using the barbeque.
The house is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The two master bedrooms have ensuite facilities with the main bedroom enjoying a large tub as well as a walk in shower. Both main bedrooms have walk in closets and French doors leading to the pool area. All doors leading to deck are alarmed for child safety.
The kitchen and laundry are well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, freezer, washer/dryer, iron etc. Everything needed for a vacation home from home.
