Full Description: Our luxury, spacious villa with nearly 2000sq ft of air conditioned living space was extensively refurbished throughout, by us, to a very high standard in May 2005 to provide us with a holiday home to accommodate 8 plus an infant. The villa is most tastefully furnished, there are TV's in all rooms, the bedrooms benefit from fitted carpets, the large front lounge has a new laminate floor, there are ceramic floor tiles in all other area and it is immaculately maintained by the ourselves and our local management agent.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but ashtrays are provided within the screened pool deck area.
