Lounge/family room overlooks the pool area and is comfortably furnished with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed sleeping two persons, cable TV and DVD player. Patio doors to lanai and pool area.
Dining room is open plan to the lounge and has formal dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and laundry area with washer/dryer. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a breakfast nook, overlooking the pool area, with table and 4 chairs.
Outside, there is a covered lanai (patio) with patio furniture, sun loungers and extended L shaped pool measuring 20ft x 24ft x 10ft max. A child fence is provided for the pool area.
Games room with pool table, table tennis, electronic darts board and various games.
A travel cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge.
