Full Description: Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Both master bedrooms have separate entrances to the swimming pool.
This overcomes the problem of deciding “Who gets the Master Bedroom?” and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
The two twin bedrooms have their own separate “wing” and shared 3rd bathroom.
Everything is on one floor, with an open and airy feel and no stairs for anyone to worry about!
There are NO villas behind ours just a view of the first fairway.
Unlike some other villas it does not have a crowded neighbourhood feel.
However you are within walking distance from several restaurants', a spa, hairdressers etc. The generous air conditioned living space is tiled throughout giving that luxurious feel.
The Living Room
Upon entering our villa there is a nice open living room overlooking the pool that is quiet and perfect for anyone needing a space from some of the “hustle and bustle”. There is a large sofa to relax on which converts into a sofa bed so our home can sleep 10, and direct access via patio doors to the pool deck.
Dining Room
The dining room is located to the front of the villa off the foyer and living room and comfortably seats 6 persons. There is direct access to the kitchen via an arched opening.
Family Room
The family room with ample comfortable seating, overlooks the pool with direct access via patio door. There is a large 47” LCD cable TV in the family room, with 250+ digital and on demand cable channels, DVD player.The latest DVD's can be easily rented from the grocery store - within walking distance or a 2 minute drive.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen. The comprehensive range of appliances provided include a huge American fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle,toaster and blender. We have provided everything you could possibly need, including are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery as well as patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.
Breakfast Nook
The adjacent breakfast nook is located next to the kitchen and family room with dual aspect views onto the pool deck and provides seating for 4 persons.
Master Bed
The master bed is one of the most spacious masters, it has an American king bed with Luxury removable bedding TV, dvd and walk in closet. It has views into the master bathroom and also a private sitting area so you can relax in peace to read a book or access the pool deck through patio doors.
2nd Master Bed
Fabulous room with luxury removable bedding, and private bathroom, this wing can be locked via another door into the lounge making it a separate wing. TV,dvd and walk in closet. The pool deck can also be accessed via a private door through the bathroom.
Twin bedrooms
Both twin bedrooms have luxury removable bedding, TV's and dvds, and walk in closets. These rooms have a shared bathroom in between them.
Utility Room
For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size front loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those designer clothes from the many shopping malls.
Games Room
Games room with billiards table, Air Hockey and Dart board.
Pool
We have a southwest facing pool, so great for catching a tan all day long and our pool is not just your average splash pool being 28ft x 16ft.
While the kids splash and play in the pool why relax in the spa letting all your worries fade away or if you just want sit in the shade to get lost in a good book or just chill out of the Florida sun we have a lanai too making this the perfect pool area for you Vacation.
From the pool area we have a view over the first fairway.
