The remaining 2 bedrooms are Twins and share a bathroom and one of the Twins is a themed "Mickey Room" complete with Mickey TV/DVD. The 36 ft pool is south facing with an extended deck area and large in ground spa. New Games Room added 2007.

The villa has a walled rear perimeter for privacy and is not overlooked by other villas.
Mickeys Vacation Villa has a generous 2167 sq. ft of tastefully decorated living space and comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen, climate control air conditioning, cable television, DVD and CD player, intruder alarm system and a screened pool and spa with large covered patio area and luxury patio furniture.
Baby equipment provided free of charge includes a cot / crib, highchair & 2 bed-rails. Free local telephone calls.
The community facilities include playgrounds for children, a basketball and tennis court, football pitch and a putting green.
There is a shopping plaza about a mile away which has several of Americas best known restaurant chains including Perkins, Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's and Giordano's Italian restaurants, Black Angus Steak House and TGI Fridays.
Local shops include Publix and Walmart for all your grocery needs and Walgreens Pharmacy and convenience store.
LOUNGE - or 'Great Room' as it is known, enjoys views overlooking the pool area and has a large patio door with access to the extended pool deck. This room is elegantly furnished with swags and prints. There are 3 large leather settees and 2 comfortable chairs as well as marble effect coffee tables and lamp tables which all make this room very luxurious. The electronics include a 42" Plasma Television with Cable, DVD, Sony Playstation and CD player.

MASTER BEDROOMS 1 & 2 - Both Master bedrooms are accessed from the 'Great Room' and are located to the rear of the property.
The FIRST Master bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king sized bed, 2 Night Stands (bedside cabinets) with table lamps together with a dressor and mirror. For added comfort, there is also a 21" Television with Cable, DVD Player and clock radio. The exceptionally large en-suite for this Master bedroom boasts a large double shower, seperate bath and his and hers washbasins. In addition, the Master bedroom has an exceptionally large walk-in wardrobe off the en-suite and benefits from direct access to the pool area.
The SECOND Master bedroom is also luxuriously furnished with a king sized bed, 2 night stands with table lamps and a dressor and mirror. This Master bedroom also has a 21" Television with Cable, DVD Player and clock radio. It has fitted wardrobes as well as its own en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, handbasin and w.c. This master bedroom also benefits from direct access to the pool area.
KING BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is to the front of the villa and is fully furnished with a king sized bed, night stand with table lamp and a dressor and mirror. There are also fitted wardrobes and a 21" Television with cable, DVD Player and clock radio. This bedroom has its own adjacent bathroom and for your added convenience there are hair dryers provided in every bathroom.
TWIN BEDROOMS 1 & 2 - The remaining 2 bedrooms are Twin rooms which share a bathroom.
One of the Twins is a themed 'MICKEY ROOM' complete with clock radio 'Mickey' Television with Cable and DVD Player. It is furnished with a chest of drawers, night stand with table lamp and comes with fitted wardrobes.
The SECOND Twin bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers, night stand with table lamp and also comes with fitted wardrobes. There is also a 21" Television with Cable, DVD Player and clock radio.
DINING ROOM - We have a formal dining area with a marble effect dining table to seat six people. Additional seating is provided in the kitchen with another marble effect table with seating for four people. A table and chairs are also provided for casual dining in the pool area.
KITHCHEN / BREAKFAST NOOK - The modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with all essential items to make this a real home from home including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and large refrigerator / freezer with ice maker. There is even plastic dinnerware, containers and pitchers for use when dining al fresco beside the pool.
LAUNDRY - There is a seperate laundry room incorporating washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
POOL & SPA - We have a 36 ft pool which is south facing so you can soak up the Florida sunshine all day if you wish. Alternatively, the large lanai provides shade for those hot afternoons! How about relaxing in our large in-ground heated spa, just the place to soak your aching muscles after a long day at the Parks! The pool deck area is also oversized which allows plenty of sunbathing on the luxury patio furniture. We have sunbeds as well as seating for ten people. The pool area is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, whilst not affecting your tan. The pool area is also protected by a child safety alarm on all doors leading out to the pool and the pool is cleaned and checked every week in order to ensure that it is maintained to the highest standard.
The pool and spa can be fully heated if desired at an additional cost.
RECENT IMPROVEMENTS :- We have converted the double garage into a Games room. Inside there is a TV, Pool Table, Air Hockey as well as a table and bar stools.
We have also installed High Speed Internet Access in the Villa together with a PC for use by our guests free of charge.
We have re-carperted all bedrooms and lounge area.
