Full Description: This beautiful new villa is on the the gated community of Highgate Park, off Highway 27 near its junction with the 192. Its superb location means that not only is it extremely close to Disney World (about 10 minutes) all of the other theme parks are a short drive away. You are also ideally situated to be able to explore the rest of Florida including both the Space and Gulf coasts which are both about an hours drive away.
There are 2 supermarkets (Walmart 24hrs) within 5 minutes and a number of speciality shops, takeaways and a pharmacy. If you want to eat out there are a large number of restaurants with someting to suit every taste and budget.
The world famous shopping malls are only a short drive away and for golf enthusiasts there are many courses to take your pick from - the closest being Highlands Reserve and Polo Park.
Highgate Park has its own childrens play area, picnic tables and tennis court (we supply rackets at villa)
The villa has been furnished thoughout to reflect the tropical nature of Florida with upgraded furnishings throughout.
The heart of the villa is the great room which is an open plan room with direct access to the pool area. It has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 dining areas and a seating area.
The lounge area has a large screen cable TV with DVD player and PS2 games console. One of the sofas is a sofa bed.
The kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect including a 4 ring stove, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. It comes complete with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils you may need.
There are 2 dining areas, a breakfast nook for a quick bite and a more formal dining area.
The master suite, which also has direct access to the pool area has a king size bed, 2 walk in closets and an en suite bathroom. It has its own cable TV. The bathroom is huge and consists of a corner bath, walk in shower and twin vanity units. A hairdryer is also provided for guests use.
The queen bedroom is right next door to the second full bathroom so it might as well be en suite. Again this room has its own cable TV.
The twin bedrooms each contain, closets, dressers and cable TV. They share the third bathroom, a Jack and Jill which is divided into two to make getting ready in the morning quicker.
There is a laundry area with washer, dryer and iron etc.
We have provided FREE wi-fi broadband internet access so take along your laptop/notebook and stay connected.
We have provided a games room in the garage with pool,foosball,air hockey, electronic basketball and darts for the active plus bar table and stools for the spectators.
The best part of the villa is the covered lanai and screened pool. There is a table, chairs and loungers for your use and when the pool lighting is on at night it is almost magical. The pool can be heated for a supplement during the winter months. We have added a solar cover with roller so that the heat stays in the pool (particularly overnight)Please advise at time of booking if you require pool heat. Please remember that the cover is not load bearing.
The pool also has a child safety net.
We have a pack and play crib and high chair for our younger guests provided free of charge.
The villa is managed by a local company who have a 24hr emergency service if you need it.
We have installed a lock box for the key so that you can go straight to the villa from your flight (Orlando International-30 mins). We will provide you with the entry codes for both the villa and Highgate Park plus comprehensive driving instructions from Orlando and Sanford on payment of the balance.
