New renters will need a $2,000 deposit, your payment is your reservation. 50% of rental is due 90 days in advance, balance is due 30 days before occupancy.
Monthly rentals are all due 30 days in advance.
$299 night up to 4 nights, $2500 week - includes utilities. October thru November and May thru September Monthly $3500; Seasonal $5000. Electric, water & Internet is additional.
Small dog is acceptable with references & $500 fee. Weekly fee is $500 deposit & $25 per day.
Agreement Letter will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Please send back signed application to hold your dates.
