There is also a sleeper sofa in the den. The villa has broadband internet (pc not supplied) and PSP3 games console.
To the rear is a private pool 12x24 and extended deck which is not overlooked at the rear as the villa backs onto conservation ground and is also set in a cul-de-sac in a corner of the estate so is very quiet and peacefull.
At the entrance to the estate there are a number of 7-11 shops, restraunts and an English style Pub. The estate is about 20 mins drive to the outskirts of Disney World and about 25 mins from Orlando Airport, The beaches are about 75-90 mins drive.
