Full Description: Our spacious 3,000 sq ft home is bright, modern and luxurious, stunning king master suite with private balcony overlooking the conservation area, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 triple and 2 twin bedrooms, family room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, formal lounge, a breakfast nook, games room and utility room completes a layout that gives the ability for combined families or larger parties to holiday together, or those just requiring lots of space.
Our Florida home is situated within the small, secure, beautiful upmarket gated community of Sunset Lakes. A quiet, safe and secure community within minutes of Disney, Universal Studios, masses of shopping and nine high quality golf courses six of which are of a PGA standard.
Sunset Lakes is surrounded by conservation which is the home to a variety of wildlife and birds. It also boasts two stunning fishing lakes complete with wide mouth bass and grass eating carp. Dock with Gazebo, Communal pool, Cabana and a Children’s play area. Come back after a hard day at the parks and enjoy the tranquility that Sunset Lakes has to offer.
"The Master Suite"
Which includes a King-size bed, 32"cable TV and DVD player, Ipod docking alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the master balcony overlooking the conservation area. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in close, twin vanity units with spot/dressing room lights, a large walk-in shower and separate garden style tub.
"2 Queen Bedrooms"
Both with cable Flat Screen HDTV's, fitted closets, drawer units and Ipod docking alarm clock radio's. One of the queen bedrooms has a sliding door onto the pool deck.
"Triple Bedroom"
This room has a Winnie the Pooh theme with full with a twin (single) upper bunk bed with built in closet and separate draw unit. TV/DVD combo cable TV and Ipod docking alarm clock radio.
"2 Twin Bedrooms"
1 has a Mickey mouse theme with Flat Screen HDTV with cable TV and Ipod docking alarm clock radio. The other has a Sports theme with Flat Screen HDTV, cable TV and PS2 games system. They both have built in closets and separate draw units.
"Family room".
This room has had a complete update which includes a new 50" Plasma HDTV and Playstation 3 games system. New wall unit coffee table and suite. There is also an Original Rock-Ola Bubbler Juke box. We also provide a secure wireless Internet connection and a selection of board games and books for young and old.
"Fully equipped Kitchen"
Our spacious kitchen is open plan to the family and dining rooms. The kitchen comes complete with a large american cooker/oven/grill, side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is also a good selection of outdoor plates and glasses for use around the pool area.
"Utility room"
The seperate utility room has a large, separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board - no need to take all that dirty washing home.
To the rear, the villa has a wonderful private, extended deck and lanai with a stunning conservation view, enjoy the tranquility and watch the wildlife whilst relaxing in our fabulous hot tub/spa and pool.
