Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is ideally situated in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes walk from the reception/clubhouse. It is fully equipped with all the usual home comforts to make your stay as pleasurable and stress free as possible.
The Master bedroom, located upstairs, has a kingsize bed, ensuite with a large bath and shower, balcony with table/chairs, cable t.v. room safe and walk in wardrobe.
The second Master bedroom is located downstairs, having a queensize bed, ensuite with shower, large wardrobe and cable t.v.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located upstairs with twin beds in each room, walk in wardrobes and they share the third bathroom, both rooms also have cable t.v.
Our spacious open plan living/dinning room has patio doors leading to landscaped gardens, 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed) cable t.v. dvd player, telephone and dinning table with seating for 6 people.
The kitchen comes equipped with all the usual white goods and small table/chairs for eating your snacks. Located off the hall is a cloakroom.
Our home is fully air conditioned with additional room fans for your comfort. A brick paved driveway for parking 2 cars is situated at the front tof the house with lawned areas surrounding our home.

Within the clubhouse is the 24 hour reception and guest services. Beyond the reception is a casual dinning restaurant/bar showing live sporting events on large screen t.v's, a business centre with internet access and a games room. A barbecue is available daily on the the veranda, overlooking the pool complex, for those wishing to dine but still catch the suns rays!
If you feel like keeping fit we have a state of the art fully equipped gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. If its a little pampering you need then look no further than our Spa, with various treatments available.
Adjacent to the resort are tennis courts and the Championship Golf Course at Highlands Reserve.
A few minutes walk from the resort is a shopping centre which has a large Publix Supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various other food outlets. A 10 minute drive away is another shopping centre with a large Walmart Superstore.
A shuttle bus is available everyday with a choice of over 30 different destinations and can be booked at guest services within the recption. Complimentary daily newspapers are also available from reception. All towels both in our home and around the pool complex are supplied.

A 20% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. A $10 resort fee, per house per day, is payable to the managment when checking in at reception. This provides you with temporary membership for the resorts facilities.
