Southern Dunes is a popular golfing resort on the US 27 south of Orlando. It is in a great location with Disney 25 mins away. Universal, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld are within 30 mins drive.
Cocoa Beach and Clearwater beach are approximately 1 hours drive as is Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.
The Villa is well equipped inside with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
The villa downstairs has a comfortable living area with leather sofa, HDTV which has all cable channels, DVD Player and CD Stereo.
The kitchen is situated to the rear with sliding doors leading to the pool area.
There is a queen-sized bedroom downstairs with a bathroom adjacent to it.
There is a laundry area with washer and dryer which leads to the Garage Area. The garage has been converted into a Games Room which has a large pool table, basketball game and dartboard.
Upstairs - Master Bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are a further two twin bedrooms which has another bathroom between them.
There is nice pool area outside with pool deck and sunloungers, fully enclosed by a safety fence for younger children.
The lanai has a table and chairs for dining outside. The villa is not overlooked by any other properties which makes the pool area private.
