Your villa has two bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with a private bath, and a second bedroom with a double bed. A second full bath is just down the hall.
You have a full kitchen with an electric range, a full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Your kitchen is completely furnished with cooking utensils, dishes and everything you need to enjoy your meals.
You have a formal living room to receive your guests. The family room has cable TV service, video recorder, DVD and a stereo surround system as well as a dining area. There is wireless internet access throughout your villa. Or you can enjoy a tropical sunset and relax in the lanai, where you will find a porch swing, a chaise lounge and a second dining area. Your private enclosed pool is attached o the lanai. From the table you can enjoy the view of the large pool, your private dock, and the boats on the canal.
The canal has direct sailboat access (no bridges) to the Gulf of Mexico. You can enrich your stay by renting a boat for fishing or just sailing among the many islands off the coast. Or, if you prefer, you can fish right from the dock!
You can park in the shade in your attached garage, where you will find a laundry area with a washer and dryer. You don’t have any long walk from the parking lot here.
The villa is set on an oversized lot with tropical gardens; now and then you will see your gardener at work on the grounds. Many tropical birds visit the garden as well.
There is an Albertson’s supermarket within easy walking distance, hundreds of stores and restaurants are just a short drive away.
