Full Description: The Town Center Reserve is an exclusive, gated community, located 5 minutes from the I-4 interstate and 8 minutes from Disney World. It's the ideal location for visiting Central Florida and all its attractions.
The villa is 1800 sq ft single story. Ideal for small and large families or more than one family and for those with disabilities.
This impressive 5 bedroom villa has 2 master suites with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have 2 twin size beds each. These 3 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. Most rooms have TVs. All linens and towels provided.
The living room has a 32" cable TV, DVD, VCR and AM/FM CD player. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat.
The full service kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all utensils needed. There is a table and chairs that seat 4 in the kitchen along with a dining table that seats 6 in the dining area.
The game room is equipped with a pool table, foosball table and dart board. There are also assorted games for children and adults.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for guest use.
The covered lanai has a ceiling fan and light which overlooks the pool and pond. There is a table and chairs along with 3 lounge chairs. The 30 ft pool is South facing so it gets sun all day long. The pool overlooks a pond so there are no direct rear neighbors. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and there is a child safety fence in place.
There is a safe, high chair and crib for guest use.
The Villa is equipped with a WiFi High Speed Wireless Internet Connection Free for guests use
With the I-4 interstate just 5 minutes away it allows you to by-pass the heavily used US 27 and US 192. You are just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
Reunion golf course just 3 minutes away, Champions Gate golf course just 5 minutes away. Many other golf courses just 10 to 15 minutes away.
Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy and assorted resturants are 5 minutes away at Champions Gate.
