Full Description: Welcome to our villa, it sleeps up to 10 persons. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms sharing a bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and 1 large master bedroom over looking the pool area with cable TV, with an ensuite.
We have a large family room with FREE wi fi internet access- bring a lap top. With cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player,with assorted films, books and table games. We also have an additional living room provided ample space for two families sharing without feeling over crowded.
Two dinig areas, one in the nook and the other more formal.
The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, is an open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family - even the cook! The laundry room contains a washing machine , tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
There is a fully screened SOUTH facing not over looked pool, with optional heating. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed. The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs for shaded outdoor dining and loungers on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
With a games room and PS2, also FREE highchair and crib(cot).
Southern Dunes is a very popular, all year round, gated community, with a 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, clubhouse with bar, restaurant, and pro shop.
Off site a 24 hour Walmart, petrol(gas) station, resturants and banks are all within walking distance.
Southern Dunes is 20 minutes from Disney World and other main attractions. 10 minutes from Highway 192 where there is an impressive array os shops, resturants and entertainment.
All bed linen and house towels are provided. With a telephone which enables FREE local calls, with long distance by credit card.
