Full Description: Our beautiful villa is situated on the prestigious golfing community of Hunters Creek. Set in its own 1/4 acre waterfront plot with open views over the lake from our large south facing pool with covered lanai,making it very peaceful and private. Orlando International Airport, Disney and Sea World can be reached in 10 minutes and Universal in 15 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants in the immediate area including The Loop www.attheloop.com.
Our large formal living/dining room is fully tiled with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating for watching cable tv or looking out through the patio doors for lovely views of the pool and lake. The dining area has a table and six chairs for formal dining.
More seating is provided in the separate open plan family room, nook and kitchen where everyone can be together whether cooking or watching cable tv. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool area and also give lovely views of the lake.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in shower, separate wc, walk in closet and dressing area. Lay in bed and watch cable tv or walk through the patio doors to the pool for that early morning or evening swim.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, cable tv and beautiful views of the lake.
Bedroom three has two twin beds, plenty of closet space, cable tv, games console and views of the lake.
The bathroom servicing these bedrooms has a jacuzzi bath and a door leading out to the pool area.
A large washing machine and tumble dryer are in the laundry area. No need to go out to the garage to do the laundry!
