Full Description: Walt Disneys Villa is a well-proportioned, executive villa in typical Floridian style. It has been professionally designed and tastefully furnished with many extra features. The property is fully air-conditioned with an optional heat facility and, as an added benefit, ceiling fans are fitted in the family room, all bedrooms and the lanai to circulate the cool air. The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people in comfort. The property also benefits from the inclusion of an smoke detectors, wireless broadband internet and free local telephone calls.
On entry to the Villa, there is a formal dining room that overlooks the front garden and contains a dining table, six chairs.
The adjoining lounge has two relaxing sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, lamp tables and a view of the pool area with open field views beyond.
An archway leads to the nook which is the informal dining area. It has a glass-topped table and four chairs. This area also overlooks the pool and is convenient for the kitchen and family room.
The family room is extremely spacious with a high ceiling and two comfortable sofas one which is a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table and lamp tables. This room houses a cable TV and DVD/CD Player. It also overlooks and has direct access to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker and a telephone. All the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need are provided, together with a host of kitchen gadgets eg. coffee maker, automatic electric kettle, blender, hand mixer and toaster. A separate utility room houses a large automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The double garage has enough space to fit two large cars.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser with mirror, a TV/VCR player, clock-radio. This room also overlooks and has direct access to the pool and is light and spacious. A large walk-in closet. There is a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity basins, roman bath and separate large shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large closet, ample drawer space. It has a connecting bathroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower. This bathroom has immediate access to the pool area and doubles as a pool bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has 'Mickey Mouse' theme with twin beds, large closet, drawer space.
Bedroom 4 has a 'Disney Princess' theme, twin beds, large closet, drawer space.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are divided by a third bathroom with a vanity unit and bath with overhead shower. Bedlinen and all towels (including pool towels) are provided and hairdryers can be found in the bathrooms.
The rear of the property faces south and boasts a beautiful 28ft by 15ft fully screened swimming pool and spa with underwater lighting and optional heating. The lanai (covered patio area) which is well-lit and has the benefit of two large fans, is fully equipped with four padded recliners, four chairs and a table for use within the screened area.
