Full Description: Our luxury villa has a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom with its own pool and spa. The villa is fully air conditioning also has cable TV, DVD player, Wii Console, Telephone and free wireless internet in the family room and all bedroom have own cable TV. This makes it a real home from home.
The family and master bedroom look out onto the pool. Family room has a double sofa bed. Great for two families. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and fridge freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Our villa sleep's up to 10 people. The master bedroom has en-suite, king size bed, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The en-suite consists of large walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers hand-basins and separate toilet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable and DVD player with on sweet full bathroom. Third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedrooms with cable TV and one has a DVD player. They share a full bathroom which is situated between the bedrooms. For our younger guests we offer free use of a travel cot, high chair and buggy. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom and family room to fully screened pool deck with spa and heated pool. There is a safety screen around the pool and the patio doors are alarmed so it is safe for children. There are pool loungers, table, chairs and reclining chairs on the pool deck. The pool can be heated in the cooler months (extra charge). Within West Haven complex there is a children’s play area and tennis courts.

International Drive, Sea world, Universal studios: 25 minutes
Orlando international airport: 30 minutes
Cape Canaveral and the space coast: 1 hour and 15 minutes
Tampa, Busch gardens and the gulf coast: 1 Hour and 30 minutes
For the golfers out there Champions gate 18 hole golf course: 5 minutes
