The villa comprises: 2 separate living rooms, one a formal peaceful quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other a family room with patio doors leading to the heated swimming pool. The villa has large kitchen fully equipped with double sink, waste disposal, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker (essential for those warm days and balmy summer evenings) toaster, juicer and electric kettle, there is a large utility room with washer and tumble drier. The villa has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There are 3 further double bedrooms and family bathroom. Walk outside to the solar heated pool perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing or just relax on the sunloungers provided. The villa itself has its own landscaped and well maintained gardens and is a perfect spot to enjoy views over the lake where herons, egrets and osprey can be seen.
