VILLA WEBSITE DESIGN AND HOSTING SERVICES

Design and build of your own villa website, to your specification, including 1 years hosting - from £300 ($600).

Charges are based on the number of pages you want within your villa website and the complexity of these web pages. We would normally expect most small villa websites to start at around 5 pages, containing enough information for your visitors to successfully book your rental villa such as:

  • Homepage
  • Photo Gallery
  • Prices and Availability
  • Contact Us (for Enquiries and/or Bookings)
  • Location (including Local Information for your rental villa)

Once we've defined and agreed your requirements we will set up a trial design for your approval, which we can then amend as necessary. When you are happy that your very own villa website looks just right, we can launch it on the Internet and register it with all the major search engines. We would expect this process to take no longer than 3-6 weeks, depending on the size of your villa website.

Hosting services are included for your villa website for the first year. We will also make any necessary amendments to your website on a monthly basis free of charge* for you such as:

  • Updates to your Photo Gallery
  • Updates to your Prices (perhaps you want to display special offers)
  • Updates to Local Information (perhaps a new Shopping Mall opened near you)

*Note: free updates are limited to 1 hour's work per month which normally covers most requirements. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can give you access to make any updates to your villa website as often as you like.

You may well find that you want to expand and develop your villa website over time. Prices for additional pages start from around £50 ($100) per page, including text and images. Additional functionality such as Guestbook's, FAQ's etc will be subject to individual quotes with prices starting at around £100 ($200).

After the first year, hosting and webmaster services are renewable at the prices shown below.

Should you already have a web hosting service provider or have decided which one you wish to use, we can offer you a villa website design service. Charges are based on the basic 5 page villa website as above but you are free to use any web hosting service provider you wish.

 

VILLA WEBSITE HOSTING SERVICES

If you already have a villa website and you want to transfer the hosting to us we will take care of all the necessary arrangements for you. We offer two website hosting packages for you to choose from; Standard website hosting or our Premium website hosting .

Standard hosting for your villa website for 1 year - from £30 ($60).

Our Standard hosting package includes:

  • 5 e-mail addresses (for your own domain name)
  • Webmail
  • Free monthly website updates*

Premium Hosting for your villa website for 1 year - from £60 ($120).

Our Premium hosting package includes:

  • 20 e-mail addresses (for your own domain name)
  • Webmail
  • Free monthly website updates*
  • Direct access (via FTP) to your website (if required)
  • Detailed website visitor statistics
  • Search engine submission
