These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to this website.
Terms and Conditions
1. Conditions of Use
This website is provided for Owners of vacation rental properties to list their properties for Rental and/or Sale. The person listing the property is responsible for the accuracy and content of the listing. Villa-Websites.com does not verify this content, and is not responsible for any claims made by the Owner. You agree to assume all liability for any transactions arising out of the use of this website.
2. Content Policy
The Owner is responsible for the originality of the content, and that submitted photographs are not in violation of any copyrights. Villa-Websites.com bears no responsibility for any copyright violations of listing contents. Villa-Websites.com reserves the right to modify the listing or remove it entirely with or without notification, for any reason. Villa-Websites.com does not allow any profanity, pornography, discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent activity. A listing may only be made for a property for rental and/or sale by the Owner in Florida, USA. Any listing which points to other rental/sales sites, multiple listing sites, commercial sites or sites that are not the Owners personal website for marketing their property, is in violation of this policy and the listing will be removed. If a listing contains contact information which is no longer effective (such as an invalid website address, e-mail address or phone number) then the listing may be removed. Villa-Websites.com reserves the right to ban any users from future usage of this website if they violate this content policy.
3. Villa/Property Descriptions
The Owners must take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of properties appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the descriptions, or other content available on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Villa-Websites.com reserves the right to alter or delete any information submitted for a property listing.
4. Your Account
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as an Owner or Renter is true, accurate and current in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. You can update your details through your Account page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will resend it, upon your request, to the email address which you specified when you registered.
Your account can be cancelled at any time by informing us via the Contact Us section of the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
5. Enquiries about Listings
The listing contains contact information for the Owner of the property, and potential Renters must contact this person directly for enquiries about the property. Villa-Websites.com makes no reservation arrangements, and is not involved in the rental transaction. The Owner receiving an enquiry is responsible for ascertaining the legitimacy of the inquiry. Villa-Websites.com is not responsible for any spam or fraudulent activity arising out of these enquiries. Enquiries generated via the Contact Owner form on the site may be monitored to identify any unusual patterns of activity which may in turn indicate possible fraudulent activity.
6. Fees
There is currently NO FEE for listing a property.
7. Third Party Links
We are not responsible for the content of any other Sites linked to or from the Site. Links appearing on the Site are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the referenced content or Owner. Your linking to or from any other Sites is at your own risk. We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any other Sites linked to or from the Site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, or services of such Sites, including, without limitation, their privacy statements and terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Sites and should carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of all other Sites that you visit.

All content available on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Villa-Websites.com and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the property of their respective owners. Except as set forth in the limited license in Section 12 below, or as required under applicable law, neither the Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
9. Advertising / Distribution
All listings on this Site may, at our discretion, be provided in the form of an XML feed to some of the internet classified advertising services, such as, but not limited to, Google Base, Oodle, and Vast. This distribution of listing content is aimed at raising the profile of the Owners vacation rental property and will be referenced back to their listing on this Site. Owners personal information or contact details will not be distributed to third parties as part of this service.
10. Representations and Warranties; Limitation of Liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION OR USE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE WEBSITE, OR LINKED FROM IT OR TO IT.
