Cumbrian Lakes is a gated vacation rental community located just off Poinciana Boulevard around 4 miles south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee. Disney is around 15 minutes drive away and there are plenty of shops, shopping plazas and restaurants including a Super Wal-Mart around five minutes drive away on the Highway 192. Cumbrian Lakes is set in a 120 acre conservation area with 3 lakes including a nature trail around one of the lakes and a communal children's play area.
